ABOUT..........

EVERYTHING YOU COULD POSSIBLY WANT TO KNOW!!

Zxipi was created in the mind of David Massey around 2000, the character's early life consisting mostly of doodles on note pads and post-its. The Zxipi comic strip made it's internet debut three years later on 1st January 2003 and has existed in some form or other ever since (the odd six-month hiatus aside). In addition to the weekly four-panel strip, tentative plans are afoot for a Zxipi print comic and possibly a short Flash animation (don't hold your breath for these folks!)

Zxipi's creator/author David Massey was born on 23rd October 1975 in Nottingham, UK. He currently lives in Birmingham with his girlfriend and three cats. He spends most of his time drawing and eating chocolate. Check out his other web site davidmassey.com to see some of his marvelous artwork.

The correct way to pronounce Zxipi is "Zippy".

EARLY ZXIPI STUFF

AS OLD AS THE HILLS!

This is an early drawing of Zxipi & friends from way back in 2001:

And below is the first ever Zxipi strip! it was drawn in 2001 as well, before I even knew what the internet was. It's very weird but it has a profound moral ending. And it features Zxipi's Dad!!!
